Located at 208 Water Street in the heart of downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Junctions Performance Venue stands as a cornerstone of the
city’s vibrant live entertainment scene. Renowned for its dynamic atmosphere and versatile space, Junctions caters to a diverse array of events, including live music, DJ sets, Drag, Comedy shows, and more. The venue features a unique mezzanine that overlooks the main floor, providing an intimate yet expansive setting for both performers and audiences alike.
Junctions has a rich history of hosting an eclectic mix of performances, contributing significantly to the cultural tapestry of St. John’s. Over the years, it has welcomed a variety of artists, from local talents to nationally recognized acts. Notable performances include shows by Canadian rock bands such as Arkells and Hollerado in 2010, as well as appearances by punk
and hardcore groups like Silverstein and Shai Hulud in the late 2000s.
After a period of closure, Junctions celebrated its grand reopening on February 22, 2025, with a performance by Hollywood Rose, reigniting its commitment to providing unforgettable live music experiences. The venue continues to serve as a dynamic platform for a wide range of events, reflecting the diverse interests and talents of the St. John’s community.
